Stillness in Schools article mentions St James

My friend posted this on facebook. She is my yoga teacher and a Steiner mum. Thought it might be of interest. I don't know if I believe stillness can be taught to children. Particularly young children. And I don't believe that structured meditation sessions mean that kids will always think before they speak or act. If anyone could teach my hyperactive child stillness - bring it on!
