I don't know about a 'plan' either.

Perhaps us out of the plan could start our own plan, and make mysterious posts about it? :D

I'm in ADG. My version of the plan includes cupcakes, if anyone's interested...

In seriousness, I haven't heard of such a plan either.

OK - and I've got the tim tams covered

Ahhhhh.......the plan, one so cunning you could stick a tail on it and call it a weasel

ADG: TimTams - the ones with the fudge centre that goes all chewy when you leave them in the fridge - now that's what I call a plan!!!!!

The plan is proper legal action. Can the person who posted to me about it also post the others on this thread?

Well why the secrecy? And exclusion of people?

Meanwhile "Plan b" is growing in momentum - thousands of PMs are going about the board regarding cup cakes and tim tams (damn you BD for mentioning the fudge-centred ones - we now have more people than we know what to do with. Trust you will take on a managing role).

I feel so left alone :?

No one has PMed me about Plan A and neither has anyone patted me on my back with a heartfelt "Here ye go matie, a fudgy Tim Tam for ya. Cheers!"

Oh well.. Guess I've to make my own happiness.

* There is talk of legal action through a no-win no-fee lawyer. (I am all for it.)

I have been made aware of a lawyer who specialises in cult issues and who knows the ins and outs of the SES quite well. I am told that this can be done on a no win- no fee basis or for those who prefer on a fee paying basis.

Legal action is not for everyone but for those who are interested I can PM the details.

I will be taking legal action.

I have taken this decision after a lot of soul-searching and also discussion with family and friends. I have not come to this decision lightly.

I have consulted some experts already and am confident I can get a good result.

If St James had removed the teacher who abused me from his post at the current school following the inquiry report, I would not be taking this step. Boddy is going to regret his cowardice.

I encourage others to give serious thought to this route.

Posting from home has become hard since two of my kids conspired between them to pour an entire glass of orange juice over the keyboard.

1980sstJ - Although you have not posted on this BB any details of what you went through I get the impression that it may have been towards the worst end of the scale. I think it is very brave of you to take this path. Good luck to you. If there is anything I can do to support you please let me know.

Can't write any more - my hands are aching from the effort of pressing the keys...

Best wishes
Ben
