The attached link covers a case in the USA where a senior ex-member of Art of Living, an organisation led by Sri Ravi Shankar ( not the famous one) blogged incognito about his experiences in the AoL, and was taken to court for defamation and other matters. Amongst other things, the AoL wanted his identity to be made public. The AoL pretty much lost on all counts and the court upheld the blogger's right to openly criticise and discuss the organisation in the interests of free speech.
The blog itself is a very honest account of all that the ex-member went through in coming out of the AoL, and resonates very much with some of the experiences on the Forum.

And in the meantime, the SES still claims Vasuvananda as it's adviser.
Pity them and him. http://www.schooleconomicscience.org/about/history/
