Re: Has SES been officially classified as a cult in the UK?

Very well put ET - and others of us may be able to write in similar vein if we spot more adverts.

Re: DAVID BODDY AND HIS LINKS WITH 'JUST THIS DAY'

Hi Justice. Sinister indeed. There seems to be a coming together of many organisations who are all recognised as either cults, dodgy new religious movements, or suspicious organisations who take money and free labour for themselves . Do we think that in Britain the SES and other cults are easily abl...

Re: Has SES been officially classified as a cult in the UK?

Hi Blissfully Sleeping - no prob about your posting for me. Our tone often reflects the hazard of trying to deal with the enormous issues that c's like the SES pose to us, and the frustration of feeling that no one in higher places either cares, or is able to do anything (because, as you say, money s...

Re: Art in Action

Yep, Art in Action coming around again, actually there. Quite a few people on the Forum have been and worked for it. Let's hope all this rain we have been having decides to re-dump itself in Oxfordshire during it. Sorry to the innocents who may be planning to go/work. Your post triggered a memory fo...

Re: DAVID BODDY AND HIS LINKS WITH 'JUST THIS DAY'

Hi Justice I think "Just this Day" became "Festival of Spirit" on which we have a thread, but because FoS got checked by the Church of England through this site, they may have reverted to Just This Day to try and fool people.. Yes, Jeremy Sinclair , David Boddy et al and the SES ...

Re: Has SES been officially classified as a cult in the UK?

Hi Blissfully Surely we can do both? By which I mean if we come across something that we feel we do can do something about, as ET is doing, then we should. As well as posting on the Forum. We should do both because they both count in the long run. When I joined the SES they used to advertise in the ...

Re: Has SES been officially classified as a cult in the UK?

Hi ET.

You might find something on the thread entitled "SES is a New Religious Movement according to the CofE." I think it does mention the c word on there, but chooses to brand them NRM's.
(The thread is on this page)

Re: Shocked

Hi Shy, welcome, my only advice to you would be to leave the John Colet School. Sorry if this does not quite fit the bill, but as you know from this forum, it is bad news. I speak as an adult with regrets : " If I had known what I know now, I would never have walked into the SES ( in Manchester...

Re: Daily Mail Article

Hi, thanks for posting this Bonsai. And if Laura is following the forum, well done, not easy to go public with the SES, and also to have to be honest when the family you love are involved in the organisation. Clara did something similar and bit by bit brave people are coming forward to tell of their...

Re: John Colet school sydney australia

Thanks for posting the news about the fire at the John Colet School , Blissfully Sleeping ( wish I could sleep blissfully, I still seem to need an extra glass of wine to do so!!). I held back from a reactive post, because my initial thought was " Hope no-one was hurt or injured, but maybe what ...

Re: Michael Mavro Sydney SOP

Hi Earl Grey - welcome - post what you can , this is a very forgiving Forum given that we fight against the SES ( and maybe we are negative in our energy in that respect). But positive actually. Bit like a war really. I have some family in Australia and for a while I was slighlty paranoic ( i.e.that...

Re: Thank you for warning me...

Hi eyes widen open, glad you have posted. I was in the SES for a relatively short time as an adult, and they for sure got me, without me knowing. There are many posts and links about the initation on this forum, so browse when you are ready. The question you posed " why do the SES do what they d...

Re: The painting in the library at Waterperry: “The Academy

Hi Bluemoon. I've no idea what it might mean, but it does seem to reflect your long-held feelings about the School's approach to women i.e. the sketch shows all men running the show! And as you say, largely an ego- booster for MacLaren and Roles. Or in reality, delusional ideas of grandeur. regards,...

Re: Exit-counselling

Hi and Happy 2012. May it be cult-free! Sorry but just couldn't resist the c-word somehow. A quick observation on the Hope Valley Counselling site - if you follow their links - via the Wokshop one in particular you will see that it is Christian based and is connected to what is (or was) the Salvatio...
