Re: Us gay folk...

Thanks Bonsai. I totally agree with your conclusion - old fashioned views can be comforting to those who hold them but obnoxious to those they "put down". My Dad is 79 and not particularly prejudiced in any way but he holds onto some old fashioned views which I have given up reacting to, b...

Re: Us gay folk...

I recently joined, and yes it is difficult to read the accounts on here of abuse, but it is one way of letting the SES know that they have not got away with their attempted cover up. I am finally getting some help via my GP and counselling, after only a short ...

Re: The truth behind SES leaders' aborted Indian pilgrimage

http://www.charity-commission.gov.uk/registeredcharities/ScannedAccounts/Ends71/0000292171_ac_20080405_e_c.pdf The mediation money goes to the School of Meditation, who in turn make donations to somewhere in India, but their accounts are not specific. Technically the SES could say that they do not ...

Re: Katharine Watson

Thanks Tom - I appreciate your response. In terms of trying to join ( the forum ) I think I may have got caught up in the time when the Why are u dead site was under attack - apparently it was attacked by spammers from Scientology. I hadn't appreciated just how powerfull that site was and what or wh...

Re: The truth behind SES leaders' aborted Indian pilgrimage

They say what goes around comes around........Having "conned" lots of people into joining the Schools, the SES is now facing the truth of being "conned" by the Indian mafia! The Charity link is fascinating. TheJytor Trust in England just hands over dosh to its equivalent in India...

Re: The truth behind SES leaders' aborted Indian pilgrimage

Have been researching the Indian connection. Vesudevennand is apparently the Patron of "The Initiative Creating World Peace with Vedic Pandits" which is the latest "wheeze" of the Maharishi Corporation and is aiming to raise $4 billion for "a new country without borders"...

Re: Katharine Watson

I never knew her, but she was obviously a good soul. Could I dare as a newbie ask Tom Grubb a question through this thread? I have spent many weeks reading all the posts on this site and I do not know if Tom's parents put him into St. Vedast and what connection his parents may or may not have had wi...

Re: Hindu Inspired Meditation Movements

Hi from the newbie! Anyone who was "initiated" in the SES/St James' was "done" by the "School of Meditation" aka "The Society for Spiritual Development". The latter's report for 2008 to the Charity Commission confirm this fact. We have all been initiated into ...
