Points of interest: 1) Elise broadwith (mr broadwiths wife) was NEVER at st.james. So mr Broadwith never had a repulsive relationship with a 6th form girl. 2) I believe josh said that the Alcuin school has rectified all failings uncovered by ofsted. A point which all of you seem to have ignored. Tha...

I haven?t seen the interview, ill download it later. But my mum said Boddy didn?t handle it too well. "What was he thinking? Trying to bring philosophy stories into it!" was what she said. I am intrigued, justice, in how this interview doesn?t have a negative effect on today?s school. I thought the ...

Hi Kier There is a leaflet for the course and it lets people know that the course is run as part of the SES/SOP. It doesn?t however have a link to this site! I don't think it would be in their best interests to do so! I just feel the need to scream at the SES again. Their main teaching which their e...

One of the strongest teachings in the SES/SOP is "no sex before marrige". Husbands and wives, boyfriends and girlfriends, are not allowed to behave as such on weekends and must abstain from any sexual actions. While im not saying it definatly hasn't happend, I would be very suprised to hear of actua...

Apparently the SES,SOP thinks its the best thing since sliced bread and it has valuable informaton to give in every walk of life. I was on a group weekend just recently and we were talking about how lucky we were to be born into the western world and the tutor said that we were especially lucky to b...

The girls school also runs training events in scotland and wales, and also go's on a major alps trip every 2 years, or is supposed to anyway. The boys didn't get to go last year either due to staffing difficulties. 0X ps I could post my alps trip scrapbook, its digital, but im afraid it wont fit on ...

PLEASE DO NOT TALK ABOUT THING OF WHICH YOU HAVE NO IDEA! The girl?s school does have a climbing club! It is called the challengers and they do far more trips than the boys, they too have done many Alps trips, the boys go on one one year and the girls the next. So each gender has a trip every other ...

ADG I really like how you read peoples posts, then take the most negative thing you can find in there, or what you consider negative, and then quote something out of context, before posting your lovely argument. Teacher 100's full quote was: "I have been watching the last posts and am really delight...

Maybe it is because he didn't want people copying and pasting only specific parts of the text, to make the report on the schools sound worse, or better, than it actualy is. We all know words can mean very different things when taken out of context.

Just a thought
